Year 11 Leavers Hoodies

In addition to the forthcoming Year 11 Prom, we would very much like to help the students celebrate their time at Putteridge High School with a Leavers Hoodie.
The hoodies will have the school emblem on the front and the reverse will detail ’22 Leavers’ with the student names printed in the number 22.

The cost per hoody is £20 and an additional £1 charge if you wish to add your child’s name. Please see the document attached to this email for an illustration of the hoodie, colours and sizes available. The item is available to pay via ParentMail and, to ensure we are able to order these in time for the end of term, the deadline for payment is Wednesday 8th June 2022. There are two items available; “With Personalisation” and “No Personalisation” - please ensure you select the correct hoodie when making your payment.

In order to choose the size, colour and any personalisation for your child’s hoodie, please complete the google form via the link below. This form must be completed, in addition to paying for the item on ParentMail. We will not be able to process orders where both the form and payment have not been received.
